Feb 4, 2018 · I couldn't really find any exact data, but were these EVO's produced for export as LHD in Japan? I know for a fact regular lancers were. There are some, but they are extremely rare and hard to find. There's some in Scand countries, I know for sure.

Jan 26, 2004 · According to the Mitsi book by Brian Long 6000 Evolution V's were produced of which 777 were officially exported. They did not state which percentage were RS's though. What the book did state however was that for the previous model, the Evolution IV, 10% of the production run were RS models.

Nov 12, 2005 · Nothing Evolves without the Evolution. Parts Cat wasnt much help - the RS and GSR models share the same number sequence up to 8008. And the LHD RS models share numbers up to 0635. That could suggest more than 6000 E5 units were build in total but then again it may not.
