The Bell 206 is a family of two-bladed, single- and twin-engined helicopters, manufactured by Bell Helicopter at its Mirabel, Quebec, plant. Originally developed as the Bell YOH-4 for the United States Army's Light Observation Helicopter program, it was not selected by the Army.

The Air Support Division consists of 88 sworn personnel and 16 helicopters (which include one Bell 206B3 JetRangers, seven Airbus AS-350B2, seven Airbus H125, and one Bell 412), and one Beechcraft King Air 200 twin-engined aircraft.

An entry into an Army competition, the OH-4A would become the basis for one of the most widely used and produced light helicopter designs of all time, the Bell 206.
