Kunieda became a villain and serial killer, rising up to rack up body counts and using the corpses he collected as fertilizers for his Quirk. Due to his sadistic nature, he was defeated, captured, and locked up in Tartarus for his heinous crimes.

Feb 20, 2023 · Kunieda may have a reasonably analytical mind, but he isn't much of a leader. Worse yet, his Plant-based Quirk is particularly unfortunate given that Todoroki, Endeavor, and Bakugo - some of Japan's most prolific heroes - all have fire-based abilities.

One of the villains left behind, Tartarus escapee Kunieda, begins to infect the battlefield with his Quirk, as the flowers around them begin to sprout and the seedlings begin to infect the Heroes.

A fear that's well placed as Kunieda's Quirk allows him to wipe out nearly an entire squad of Heroes all by himself. Desecrating the Dead : He not only kills people, but he collects their bodies as food to make his plants.

Sep 17, 2023 · After defeating Kunieda, Toru Hagakure notices her Invisibility Quirk glitches out causing Yuga Aoyama to catch a glimpse of her naked. As Hagakure covers up, they notice at Kunieda’s plants are still causing damage so they work together to destroy the plants.

Yuga Aoyama underwent an evolution that strengthened his Navel Laser Quirk following his injuries at the hands of Kunieda and made his laser beams more rapid and more potent, even to the point of glitching the Invisibility Quirk of Toru Hagakure.
