Having gone through that, and some customers really making my day, any time I reach out to a company for help (call or chat), I will acknowledge the help they've provided, and ask how I can submit a kudos.

Apr 1, 2019 · As a fellow call center worker, I can confirm this is exactly what would happen. There are very few (if any) call centers that will actually reward someone for this situation. The most we will get is a pat on the back, a happy email, or a meaningless printed certificate that says KUDOS or something equally cheesy.
