Oct 22, 2010 · I have nodded numerous times on kratom alone. Sorry to be redundant, but a lot of factors go into what reactions people have. And for someone with a high tolerance to opioids its almost pointless to use kratom recreationally. However, I believe kratom substitution would deter some/most physical opioid withdrawal symptoms -regardless of tolerance.
