If you are looking for higher-end/newer condos in the Waikoloa resort area, I would recommend Kolea (which you are already exploring) or Hali'i Kai. I have not stayed at Kolea but I have stayed with my family at Hali'i Kai. Hali'i Kai has no direct beach access, but the pool has stunning ocean views. There is also an on-site bar and grill.
