The Knight KP1 Varmint series and KP1 Whitetail series combination packages provide you with two interchangeable barrel systems of your choice. The Varmint Series gives you an extremely accurate and powerful rifle in smaller calibers.

There is a Varmint package of 17 HMR and .223 Remington, and several Whitetail packages of .50 cal. muzzleloader and your choice of .243, .270 Win, or .30-06 centerfire rifle barrels to complete the picture.

Jul 3, 2008 · My KP1 has a truly excellent barrel on it - and it is the original barrel. Shooting a substantial charge of Swiss under a very heavy conical is definitely a torture test and will make any weaknesses very evident - and it did.

Oct 14, 2009 · I have been jonesin for a new toy and have come across some new Kp1's for cheap. The choices are 45/70, 270, and 30/06. I have been wanting a brush gun for woods hunting, so I am leaning toward the 45/70, but the 270 is also a consideration.
