Kisii with its high level of corruption is featuring anywhere in terms of development compared to other counties, especially after the elections.

Jul 2, 2017 · While in Kisii. You won’t see him visiting such areas… Anyway, these low volume sealed roads were sabotaged. I know for a fact that that 15KM road could have been built using cold asphalt technology and for $900,000 dollars. And if it was a mix of plastic recycled road its would be a fraction cheaper at $600,000 for that entire KM.
