Kion defeating Scar. Kion tells Scar that he cannot judge him for his previous actions in everything and that only the Lions of the Past can do it. He takes a deep breath and blows softly to the air, prompting the Great Lions to appear in the sky.

When Kion considers using the Roar, Scar warns Kion of the dangerous side-effects of using it in a volcano, but the young cub surprises him by using the Roar in a way he never thought possible, Kion is able to defeat the majority of his army.

Inside the Volcano Kion and the Lion Guard try to defeat Scar. However, Ushari bites Kion's eye, giving him a scar and rendering him unable to immediate fight back. Scar claims that Kion has the Mark of Evil just like him.

During the final battle, after the Lion Guard make their way up to Scar, at the top of the Volcano, Ushari (as instructed by Scar) pounces on Kion and bites him, inflicting him with mind-altering venom, giving him an identical scar to that of his tyrannical great uncle.

With his army of crocodiles, jackals, hyenas and vultures, Scar had been launching assaults for many seasons which made keeping peace a dangerous and difficult task for Simba and The Lion Guard....

To defeat Scar and his army once and for all, Kion must recruit every ally possible and find out the true way to defeat his great-uncle’s evil, and the ensuing fight will leave both sides forever changed.
