Mar 10, 2023 · My Model Aire International Beechcraft 200 Super King Air kit arrived today. Initial impression is WOW! Very nice kit. This kit is molded in a beige resin with finely scribed panel lines and door outlines. It includes clear resin windscreen and flat clear circles for the cabin windows.

Aug 23, 2020 · The Lindbergh 1/48 scale model is the prototype Tiger (when it was still designated F9F-9). There are MANY shape and dimensional differences between the prototypes and production aircraft. As far as general shapes and outline, Lindberg actually did a good job.

Jul 3, 2017 · You're probably right. I was using Testors Model Master FS35237 which has a definite blue-green cast to it, but it doesn't even look close to the gray in the photos that JayBee posted. The FS36320 from Model Master looked closer to my untrained eye; it still has a bluish cast, but completely drops out the green tint.

I've never made a Ferdinand model before, but I've made the Italeri 1/35 Porsche Tiger I which shares the same chassis at the Ferdinand. Let's get started. The box art all looks eerily similar, and the boxes are all the same width and height.

Sep 24, 2018 · I love the aircraft designs from Space Battleship Yamato/Starblazers and have been building stuff from the 2199 series. however, the Black Tiger design morphed into the Cosmo Falcon so it obviously missing from the lineup of 1/72 fighter kits. There was an old kit that Bandai made. This is the 1/70 scale version.
