Feb 8, 2017 · Matias, It looks like you need to adjust your 'Depth' setting. One of the big upgrades we gave to the new version of the scan app was to add a live preview. Before you start scanning you can see what the Kinect sees. Everything that is in color the Kinect sees, and when the scan starts, the scan will collect data on anything that is in color.
