Kibito, the Attendant Supreme Kai of Universe 7, is Shin's bodyguard and aids the Supreme Kais with his magical abilities such as Kai Kai and healing. His knowledge of Universe 7 is extensive, yet incomplete, as he was unaware of the Metalmen.

In Dragon Ball GT, when Kibito Kai goes back to The Lookout to look for the Sacred Water, he uses the Instant Transmission gesture of placing the first two fingers of the users' hand to their forehead, showing that like the more basic technique, Kai Kai can still be used to look onto targets for more accurate teleporting.
