Confirm that you have the correct tier of Kia Connect subscription, then confirm that the correct (i.e. rain or snow) state is displayed in the infotainment interface.

Dec 8, 2016 · Hit the reset on the entertainment unit - not that. The phone sees the kia because it starts the Android Auto app whenever it gets close to the car. The phone charges on the kia USB port. The kia can connect via Bluetooth to the phone, so they can see each other. The kia however, does not appear in the 'connected cars' area of setting on the phone.
