Nov 13, 2014 · I also have a Fox Emerson Karambit, a Bastinelli Kalinou and a Spyderco Introvert and Karahawk. And, I also have the Warren Thomas designed Spyderco Karambit but IMO it is mainly designed for show and is impractical as an actual SD weapon. I prefer the Fox over the Karahawk and prefer the Introvert over the Fox.

For example, if I have something tied down in my truck I can grab the cord and pull it taut with my right hand, then wave the Karambit out of my left pocket and make the cut.

Jun 25, 2006 · Any other was a little bader. Especially the Strider Tarani was found to be the most stupiest karambit because there you get any chance you need to cut yourself by normally grabbing the knfe. I would take a closer look at the Emerson fixed karambit.

Apr 12, 2011 · A note about karambit rings. I've started to size my karambit rings with black gorilla tape -- to fit snugly on my finger. Not too snugly so i can quickly slide finger in the ring. The ring sized with tape makes for great retention in the hand. In a combat situation, there is no way the karambit will fall or get knocked out of my hand.
