Aug 10, 2018 · Full BCM build with the MRE and associated KAC accessories. I picked up the rail in late 2011 when KAC still offered them albeit quietly direct from their website. Planning on snagging a LaRue riser once I pay off this semester's tuition. Perhaps later on down the road I'll do a recce setup with appropriate glass.

Oct 5, 2024 · I'm looking to get the KAC MRE for my build and can't seem to find any that are on a 12.5 build. According to what I've read the overall length of the MRE handguard is about 11.27 inches long which should clear the muzzle device entirely. I even called Knights Armament Co. to check and they didn't have a clear answer.

Jul 5, 2020 · For whatever reason have always coveted the MRE. If I was to sell and swap would I regret it? I haven’t messed with an MRE in person before so any opinions welcome. Functionality is what I’m getting at. Physically swapping and weight (to an extent), etc. not what I’m concerned about. Basically is the MRE a better rail? Thanks y’all
