Jul 28, 2019 · My wife requires the ability to use pinyin (simplified chinese) input on KDE Neon. I have so far been completely unsuccessful in getting this working on KDE Neon. Please advise how I can get Neon to accept pinyin input? I have tried fcitx and Ibus so far, and neither seem to work Many thanks

Jun 4, 2023 · My KDE Plasma panel has disappeared upon a reboot. This is the second time this happens. Previous time was last week and it ‘fixed’ itself a day later due to unknown causes. Even when I try to add a (new) panel, nothing happens. Previously, when my panel appeared again, the new panels I had tried adding also appeared.
