Holba is lying on the path with a leg injury. If you agree to help him walk then you'll fast travel to the outskirts of Skalitz. The Cumans may have gone, but there are Bandits in the area so exercise caution, or exact punishment on those who would loot the bodies of your neighbours.

Aug 14, 2019 · You'll obtain this quest when talking with Holba during the main mission "Aftermath". Make sure you do this quest before entering Skaltiz. Go to all four objectives marked and rescue the survivors.
