Agreement signed earlier with Big Box Pte. Ltd. (Receivers & Managers Appointed) (“Big Box R&M”), to acquire the Big Box property (“Former Big Box”) located in the Jurong Gateway precinct of the Jurong Lake District at a purchase price of S$118 million.
