Allen Joe Fish (born November 12, 1942) is a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas in Dallas.

Deputy Chief Judge Fish was the pet of the insane chief Judge Cal, who made Fish Deputy Chief Judge during his reign. Fish is a large goldfish with speckled dark dots. He is shown to be the size of an adult Judge's entire hand, making him unusually large for an average pet goldfish. Fish was appointed as Deputy Chief Judge by Cal during his reign.
