If you mean that he's gone because , then you can find two values that change that in MSCEditor: 'drunkstage' will be 5, which means the last step of his 'quest', change that to 0, and 'drunkendishere' which means he is not available any more, change that to 'false'.

Dec 12, 2023 · For legal reasons, Jouko has decided to stop forcing people to drink! Now you can sell him as much as you want! Requires MSCloader. Also allows you to change the amount of bottles you have to sell before drinking. Not tested with MOP but should probably work with it. Please report any issues to me!

Dec 31, 2023 · Jouko has been completely missing from his house, I have only driven him a few times, not enough for his suitcase to spawn, he hasnt killed himself, I havent yet help him move into apartment but he will not show up at his house. His table and umbrella is absent too, not matter the time of day date. Tried everything
