I made a gentle joke about “you can’t expect Jean’s tortoiseshell smarts from orange cat Jorts” which made Pam FURIOUS. She started crying and left the hallway, then sent an email to the group (including volunteers) and went home early.

Someone gave Jorts a pipe cleaner. Big relief overall because I did not want to hurt Pam’s feelings, not to mention I really thought I might get fired because I doubled down so much on Jorts and Jean content. (I regret nothing.) Literally right now I can hear someone playing the Jorts and Jean sea shanty somewhere in the building.

Feb 27, 2022 · :) It adds two new custom NPCs, Jorts and Jean, who are cats based on the real-life Jorts and Jean on Twitter. The writing's really excellent (she also made Realistic Writer Elliott if you want more good writing!) and has a ton of fun little references to the original cats.

45 votes, 13 comments. true. Ah, that wont work for this specific "bucket list" type of thing. My first cat that was mine and not a family pet was a very orange (in every way) I named O'Malley, after the lead cat in Disney's "Aristocats".
