Jomashop is a scam….i bought 4 perfumes and never received it was told by usp that it was filled with empty boxes. I got my money back and ordered again and I got 3 perfume and one empty box. This company is a scam, please learn from my experience

Mar 24, 2022 · That's good to hear, it didn't seem like a scam site and I wasn't too worried about knock off fragrances, was just a little concerned about possible new old stock but it doesn't seem like the case either. One place I think I would be concerned is eBay or facebook marketplace.

Jomashop is a nightmare company and I urge you to just go ahead and spend a bit more to avoid them. I ordered a watch from them about a week ago, received it today. I got the wrong color. I called them and let them know what happened. They had me upload photos. Hours pass and no response. I call them back. Wait 25 minutes on hold.

Oct 7, 2014 · Jomashop is a well known gray market seller, so you're sure to get the watch, its not a scam. I wouldn't recommend relying on their warranty much. I've read on watchuseek about warranty horror stories from jomashop for expensive watches.

Which in the case of a $130 watch is absolutely fine. In my case the watch has an in house movement so if there was an issue I would not send it back to Jomashop. I essentially bought it without warranty. But even if I do need to pay for a service from the manufacturer myself I still would have saved several hundred dollars.

May 30, 2023 · Hi all. I'm excited to buy my first big expensive luxury watch and was shocked to find it at jomashop for $1,750 less than direct from a big name. It's a $12k watch so I'd love to save the cash. Is it worth the risk buying a very expensive watch without a warranty from jomashop? Thanks for your thoughts.

Jomashop now has the watch serviced/repaired by an outside watchmaker. They botch the job, since Jomashop wants to do it on the cheap. Watch is now sold on to customer B. Hence why some people get watches with damage and/or dust or gasket issues, when they are supposedly new. I'd NEVER buy a watch from them based on all the reports I've seen.
