Brownie (ブラウニー, Buraunī?) is a male hedgehog Jewelpet who represents Inspiration and Imagination. Brownie is a lemon yellow hedgehog with light blue spikes around his back. His Jewel Eyes are made out of brown quartzes.

Jewelpets (ジュエルペット, Juerupetto) are fictional animals that debuted in the Jewelpet franchise created jointly by Sanrio and Sega Sammy Holdings. They are all named after famous birthstones and jewels, each with a different kind of jewel for their eyes, used for casting magic.

Jewelpets (ジュエルペット Juerupetto?) are magical "pets" who live in Jewel Land. In the official setting, they were given birth by the Princess. In the anime, they are ruled by their queen and creator, Jewelina (Raku Majo in the first series).

Ruby: Hello, I'm Ruby the female Japanese White rabbit Jewelpet who represents Luck or Courage, and one of the three mascot characters of the newborn Jewelpet franchise. I'm the very first Jewelpet in the roster overall. I'm also the most notable icon of the new franchise.

Jewelpet is a media franchise created between two companies, Sega Toys and Sanrio aimed at young girls. Created in a joint venture between Sanrio and Sega Toys, the series was produced by the third character designer of Hello Kitty, Yuko Yamaguchi.

Brownie is the eight and final member of the Jewel Eight. He's a yellow Hedgehog with blue prickles who symbolizes imagination. He wears a purple bow tie with a brown jewel in the middle.
