Jeff Andonuts (ジェフ Jefu) is one of the playable characters in EarthBound and is the second to join Ness on his journey. Jeff is the only permanent party member who is unable to use PSI abilities.

Jeff, full name Jeff Andonuts, is a boy from the town of Winters, and is one of the main playable characters in EarthBound. Although he does not have the ability to use PSI like his fellow teammates, he is very intelligent.

Jeff reunites with his father, Doctor Andonuts, who utilizes a flying saucer-like device called the “Sky Runner” to fly him to Ness and Paula’s location: freeing the duo.
