For over 20 years, Jawun has worked to create connections between the corporate, government and philanthropic sectors, and leading Indigenous organisations to build their capacity in order to advance their goals, both social and economic.

Jawun (formerly named Indigenous Enterprise Partnerships) is an Australian, non-profit organisation which manages secondments from the corporate and public sectors to a range of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partner organisations in urban, regional and remote communities across Australia.

It was the birth of what would become Jawun. A story that sparked a fundamental shift in the way people thought about a working with communities. A new approach, Indigenous-led empowerment – led by local people, for local people. Jawun works and connects in-place with people showing leadership and vision around a common empowerment agenda.

Jawun acknowledges Traditional Owners throughout Australia and recognises their continuing connection to land, water and sky country. We pay our respects to our First Peoples; and to their Elders and Ancestors.

Jawun B. Evans (born July 26, 1996) is an American professional basketball player who last played for the Maine Celtics of the NBA G League. A point guard, he played college basketball for Oklahoma State, Evans was named an All-American in the 2016–17 season.
