No, your book is right. The correct romanisation for じゅう is "Juu". EDIT: Also, to address your reply above: In Japanese, there is only one word for 10. What is confusing you is the fact that it is romanised as either "Juu" or "Jyuu", but the pronunciation is still the same regardless.
