The Joint Services Transcript is a collaborative program that replaces previous transcript programs. The JST describes your military schooling and work history in civilian terms, as a standard form, making it easier for colleges to read and recommend credits.

Register for a JST account. Click on the 'Transcripts' tab at the top of the page, then click the 'Official Transcript Request' tab. Type in the institute name or any part of the name and click 'search' or hit the enter key.

ARMY: All veterans, active duty, National Guard personnel should login to the JST and fill out an INQUIRY so that their issues can be sent to the ARMY for review. If you are unable to login all questions concerning Army personnel’s JSTs should be directed to [email protected]

JST offers online accounts to learning institutions enabling access to service-member’s official transcripts at no cost. The transcript on the web is exactly the same as the transcript you receive in the mail.
