He wants to put it on exact same location just like JDM 180sx/silvia has. I'd do the same thing if I have to install it on my car. I don't want to drill some radom spot and install.

Jan 28, 2009 · JDM NA and USDM NA transmission are the same. JDM TT and USDM TT are the same. It is okay to use a TT transmission in a NA, it would be an upgrade, the TT transmission has more clutch disks. The only thing you need to swap is the speed sensor. Warning: The 5speed conversion requires lots of parts gathering and a few extras to do it perfect.

Mar 19, 2008 · Well, visually there's no difference between the JDM and USDM zenki headlights. However JDM lights may need to be adjusted to not shine in the eyes of US drivers. Now they claim to ship the RB25DET w/ transmission - complete uncut harness - and ecu for $1949.00 I've emailed them and asked and they say it comes with ALL engine parts, COMPLETE engine upper/lower engine harness, and the ecu.

Nov 30, 2006 · IIRC the JDM headlights will be designed to aim to the left side of the road because of RHD. This is definately not cool with oncoming traffic, but the left headlight won't be off as much as the right would be. (Left designed to illuminate the shoulder of the road in Japan, that means blinding other cars here)

Dec 13, 2002 · I just purchased my engine from soko. Theyre sending an JDM SR low port but i forgot whats the compression ratio on it. I asked him about the compression test and he said their 128 or better??? I thought SR20's were rated at 178 or higher? he said it would go up a little higher when everything like the electricals and such were all hooked up.
