I don't personally care for paper-cone tweeters. Among other reasons, paper-cone tweeters tend to be limited in their upper-end extension.

Sep 16, 2013 · I think the 4312 MK II is one of the later Japan-Euro iterations of the 4312B-D design with metal (titanium) tweeter and 104H midrange. The original 4312 has an LE25 tweeter, IIRC so will not be as extended but a bit more peaky in the treble. Jul 6, 2024 · It doesn't say JBL but you could always use something like Doctor Scholls Moleskin padding - a sheet product thats relatively inexpensive ($6) and you can just cut to fit.
