A college entrance exam connects students to valuable resources and supports their next steps. Idaho offers the SAT to all public high school juniors and the PSAT/NMSQT to all public high school sophomores at no cost to districts, schools, parents, or students.

ISAT Cut Scores The summative ISAT assesses all 3 rd through 8 th and 11 th graders enrolled in an Idaho public school in mathematics, English language arts, and science*. The ISAT provides a scale score indicating a student's achievement level on each assessment. A scale score is a singular number assigned to a student’s test.
