Apr 13, 2024 · I don’t recall ever cracking the face of any driver that I’ve owned, but I have cracked the face and/or crown on two fairway woods in the last 4-5 years. One was a Callaway Epic Flash 7-wood with a carbon crown that I repaired with high-impact epoxy and played for close to 2 years after the repair, but it recently cracked again.
