The MyCascade app is currently available on Android Chrome and iOS Safari. Each device prompts you to install the app differently. Install on desktop with Chrome. Go to MyCascade on a Chrome browser on your desktop and login.

May 16, 2024 · To be able to brand the IRIS Cascade new UI and MyCascade, you must first have access to the options. Users with the System Administrator role have these automatically, all other roles must have them added. When logged into IRIS Cascade, go to Admin where you see the Branding Settings menu item.
