Iraqi is a honey fig with a flavor unlike any other fig we've tried. At peak ripeness, it has hints of banana that make it a truly unique fig! This variety belong to the Ficus palmata species, which is very prolific and grows wild in Africa.

It’s a self fertile variety of Ficus Palmata which is the cousin of the common fig Ficus Carica. The tree produces medium black fig that are unique, and a bit different than regular figs. Has unique serrated leaves, the tree bears early and continues over a longer period.
