Nov 9, 2024 · When I load into a game of regular battle royale Fortnite all my sounds become muffled and quiet, it doesn't do this during private matches but in normal public ones it does. My audio is bugged like this until I go back to the main lobby screen and then everything goes back to normal. Even my Youtube sounds muffled while I'm in the game.

An updated feature of receiving a refund for such purchases will also return items in which V-Bucks were used to get said skins. If this is not the case, then the Epic Games Support might be of more assistance.
