Seishu Inui (乾 いぬい 青 せい 宗 しゅう , Inui Seishu?), or Inupi (イヌピー, Inupi?) was the 10th Generation Black Dragon Attack Squad Captain after the Christmas Showdown he joined the Tokyo Manji Gang and became a member of the First Division.

After the fall of the Black Dragons, they joined Toman. During their time in Toman they were kidnapped with Takemichi by Tenjiku before the final battle, ultimately letting Inupi and Takemichi go for the price of Koko staying in Tenjiku. The separation led to Inupi freaking out, confiding in Takemichi his need to save Koko.
