Jan 31, 2013 · It looks like the check mark was added at the time the PDF was created, just like anything else on the page. I'm not aware of a place to get an interactive version of the form. If you don't already have Acrobat you can download Reader 11 and it will allow you to use the EchoSign features to add check marks and add text.

Jul 12, 2022 · Someone sent me a document with check marks and crosses in it. I have to work in that document now, but the checks and crosses have been replaced by threes and sevens. The font is missing from the check marks and crosses, but I don't know how to fix this. I think it's the font, but I'm not sure. Attached is a photo of the document.

Feb 23, 2021 · That is a very good tip, I use the Enter shortcut all the time so that I don’t have to look for the check mark. When using a keyboard without a numeric keypad Enter key, it may help to know that on a compact or laptop keyboard, you can get Enter by pressing Fn+Return.

May 22, 2012 · You can do it via the Shape Selection Tool as well. This tool has a Symbols library, which contains the Checkmark.
