For me I like to use lava buckets from an infinite source (>=10000 source blocks) and a cobble stone generator. Produces stone as a byproduct which is nice. I've done both.

The Fuel Compressor compresses items with a burn time to Infinity Fuel used to craft the Infinity Furnace. You'll need Fuel in a value of 1 billion Burn ticks to get 1 Infinity Fuel. You can also insert Lava.
