Oct 21, 2020 · A lot of Asian Canadians here (myself included) can speak the Asian tongue(s) just fine. And I actually even know one Asian Canadian who has Ina’s accent in English. The other thing is that anybody can be a Canadian (as long as they meet the legal requirements), so Ina very well could’ve spent a lot of years in Korea and still be Canadian.

being a popular vtuber also opens paths for a lot of dreams coming true as well best example I have is Marine, a diehard touhou and sakura wars fan, after becoming a vtuber, had the chance to meet and/or work with many of touhou's creators, and got sponsored to promote the upcoming sakura wars gacha game too

Edit: Check out r/Hololive for more info if you're curious, there's quite a few members. Mostly Japanese, though plenty of clips to watch too/some have english speaking segments and whatnot.

Yep. Being a vtuber, let alone a hololive talent, requires a lot of activity that can be physically and mentally exhausting, and depending on the person, can be more for some. You're sitting facing a monitor for hours at a time, which can be straining, and combine that with being an artist, and you might have to choose.

Dec 26, 2020 · If I have to name a Vtuber in big company that might not have past life, I’ll say Ina from Hololive. Even though she’s a professional artist but she definitely have little to no streaming experience unlike fellow artist and streamer like Ui-mama (pretty decent Vtuber) or Nacho Neko (smaller Vtuber).
