It’s not really related but I hope the anime keeps the incredible introductory images of igris. Some of the coolest panels in the entire manga imo. It’s around chapter 30 and I just love the like 5 full pages of igris looking badass. The concept art looks amazing though!

This is not really a spoiler, because it’s only mentioned in the novel and not in the manhwa. Ashborn had send Igris from his original army severely nerfed to test out Sung Jin Woo when he had that job test dungeon remember. Ashborn trusted Igris best with this task, so Igris got severely nerfed there to aid the new shadow monarch.

If Igris is really that out of his league, he wouldn't stand a chance to even land a hit. If he couldn't land a hit, he wouldn't have known that the weakness is Igris' neck. If this is Naruto, then I would say the Igris fight is probably like Gaara vs Rock Lee where Lee tried his very best, actually landed quite a few hits but ultimately lost ...
