Icebound Revenant is a class with a variety of powerful debuffs that automatically apply. One of these debuffs is a blatantly overpowered -Ice, which rarely, if ever gets to be fully utilized, as most fights don't reach the 91+ threshold, and the ones that do are better done with any other class.

Icebound Revenant is a Ice-elemental class obtainable through the Book of Lore by spending Dragon Coins. This will give the players an inventory item of the same name.[2] This armor was found in a cave in the far north.

Jan 21, 2024 · Even with the ice debuff against an enemy with 0 ice res (so permanent -30 ice), it's quite bad. It has two subpar dots and one really good dot, but the really good dot is only good after you use it 5 times. It has no sustain and a terrible 155 BPD shield. Its most damaging skills are a 200% autocrit on a 15 CD and a 285% skill.
