Oct 22, 2013 · Ice Beam is great coverage, hitting grass types well. U-Turn provides excellent scouting with a base 120 speed stat. With it's Hidden Ability Protean he constantly gets powerful, EBelt boosted STABs. He's like an upgraded Infernape, truly a marvelous beasty. Acrobatics isn't that good of a move. Plus U-Turn is good for not taking any damage.
