May 26, 2023 · But for ice blades(per cast) you need to take those 70% and divide it by 6 since ice blade does 6 attacks inside their attack window. it is nowhere near 70% for each individual attack. And has issues with moving targets, which drasticly reduces its usefulness. You bring up a fair point about lucky hit and moving targets.

Jul 13, 2023 · If there are no enemies to attack it will not do anything to your cooldowns. If it attacks an enemy 3 times then it dies it will reduce it’s cooldown by 1.5 seconds and all others by 0.3 seconds. According to maxroll it attacks 7-8 times so at max is a 4sec reduction on Ice Blade and 0.8 on the other skills.

May 6, 2021 · I like the shiverous knight because it gives 2 ice blades (stackable with regular blades). Gives one at baby and one at ancient iirc. But in general, any pet that offers at least one pet blade will do. Eg: freezing rain core, icedactyl, etc.

Mar 18, 2023 · The build is based around Ice Blades enchant, which spawn an ice blade every time you "spend" the equivalent of 20s of CD with any skill (so Ice armor = 1 ice blade, Frost Nova = 0,6 blade, etc). Ice blades itself is reducing its own cooldown by 1s every time it hits an enemy "vulnerable" (which is applied either by itself or by frost nova).
