We would also never demand money to fix your immigration record. All ISS immigration requests and documents are processed through the MyISSS platform and do not ask you to come in person. Any documents requested related to an immigration request can be submitted to ISS directly through your MyISSS portal.

They will tell you that your status is in jeopardy and that you can fix it by paying them money. This is not how you resolve status violations - if you are ever concerned about your status, contact the ISS Office.

Protect yourself. ISS and the U.S. government will not contact you to ask for money related to your immigration status. Calls from unknown numbers about your immigration status are scams. If you get a scam call, hang up. Contact ISS to confirm your status. Or, check your profile on MyISSS to confirm that you have an active SEVIS record.
