In June 2014, Esther joined the material science department (IMX) of EPFL where she is leading the Soft Materials Laboratory (SMAL). Jul 15, 2023 · Dominant aroma and bioactive compound composition in five EOs were identified. “Mixiangfang” (IMX), “Florihana” (FFL) and “Doterra” (ADO) were rich in respective terpenoids. “Aroma zone” (FAR) and “Xiaoguozi” (CJX) had stronger aroma but lower terpenoids. CJX and IMX were rich in senkyunolide and respective fatty acids.
