Sugar Crisp is a late-season seedless green grape with medium to large elongated berries (18-20mm). The skin is a pale-green to pale-yellow colour and quite thin, though is sometimes noticeable while chewing, and can convey a very slight astringency.

With its elongated medium to large berries, Sugar Crisp™ (IFG Eleven) is a very late season seedless green variety. Combining excellent color, a firm, crisp texture and a good neutral low-acid flavor, Sugar Crisp™ is very productive, stores well, can be spur pruned and has excellent stem attachment.
