Only those players who meet one of the following qualifications have the right to participate in a CCM Norm tournament: --- Rating of at least 2200 on the latest ICCF rating list (or FIDE list, for ICCF unrated players) for CCM/B.

For start ratings, ICCF considers only those FIDE lists which are valid starting at the same time as ICCF rating lists do, which means 1.1, 1.4, 1.7 and 1.10 of every year.
