May 14, 2024 · I contacted the Hyundai dealer, who booked it in for diagnosis. When I took it to them for the work I was informed that they no longer have the diagnostic equipment for such an old car. The fact that it is a Hyundai, is still on the road, and they offer service, I am wondering what is going on, and also if anyone else has had the same experience.

I have been looking for small add on parts, and some companies want TONS of cash for stupid stuff, like a nice painted rear glass wing is $220. whew lol. Im ordering a front grille that resembles the Geneses sedan, and that will be $250 painted, but thats worth it, its sooo nice.

Oct 9, 2010 · I live in Australia & have a Hyundai Grandeur XG 3LT V6 2002 model (US equivalent is Hyundai XG300). Fault codes are P1118 (ETS motor fault) & P1178 (ETS motor battery voltage open). An intermittent fault. The first code denotes general area of the fault & the second code denotes the specific fault.
