He was given permission to make it and it was complemented by the author; plus it doesn’t contradict anything in the main story.

Abaki (アバキ, Abaki) is a Ruins Hunter. She was one of the performers in Moritonio's traveling circus company with Hisoka Morow. After Moritonio was revealed to be a murderer, the circus company lost its fame and was dissolved.
