Oct 19, 2009 · I had a 2002 610 SM for two years (10,000 miles)never had a problem with it a very reliable bike, the most fun I´ve had over secondary twisty roads and a great urban weapon. Only drawbacks: limited range on stock gas tank (around 70 miles), hard seat for extended rides, no wind protection I mean 0, nil, nada.
Husqvarna 610/630/650 Comparison - Adventure Rider
Nov 23, 2009 · I want to get rid of a KTM 300 2-stroke and a KLR650 "dual sports" (it's such a pig, sheesh) and replace with something in the Husqvarna TR 610/630/650 Terra group. Riding is limited on-road to perhaps 50 miles maximum, and nothing but 2-lane roads, no interstates ever. Most use will be on dirt roads, jeep roads, and occasional easy single ...

2001 husqvarna SM610 HELP please - Adventure Rider
Dec 21, 2011 · You can tell it was from the Italian era of Husky due to the sexiness of it. Since this thread is quite old I might make my own thread about it. One thing that annoys me is that when ever I Google search for "husqvarna 610 sm" it always brings up threads on forums related to the new model, not the 2000 model which looks way nicer than the new one.
Husqvarna TE610...reliability??? - Adventure Rider
Jan 19, 2004 · My '03 610 will cruise at 80 mph all day long turning only 4500 rpm, I think the newer 610 may be geared slightly lower but I'm sure they will have no problem on the freeway. The seat is the only issue for that kind of trip.

Jun 8, 2003 · I did this 16 minute video for the guys in the Husqvarna TE610 thread and it was suggested I post it here for future reference. Topics discussed: 1) Scope of the project 2) removing the old cam chain 3) comparing the old and new Cam Chain 4) installing the new cam chain 5) how to set your timing / using TDC. Its boring.

Jan 26, 2018 · For now, this is my attempt to bridge that gap. This build thread is going to detail my progress toward transforming my 2008 Husqvarna TE610 from a great thumper into something with some real long-distance travel ability. I'll be learning as I go, and hopefully others can learn along with me.
Husqvarna 610 valve adjustments - Adventure Rider
Jul 20, 2006 · I've been a long time 2 stroke Husky guy, but I'm looking at buying a 1996 610 and I have some concerns about the valve adjustments. Being that I've always had 2 stroke Huskies there was very little maint. for obvious reasons, and being the typical Husky owner I always ran them into the ground until it was time to buy another one.
