Jul 7, 2022 · You do not need prong collars or shock collars, etc. They are quick fixes that create distrust between you and the dog. Positive training will create a bond and teach you how to communicate without punishment. And with an indepent breed like a husky/husky mix, you will get better results if you reward good behavior than if you punish bad behavior.
